With Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduation parties and gorgeous summer weather coming our way, I thought it would be really great to focus on fun, family games to be played outdoors. Family Fun BlongoBall Set
Review for BlongoBall
I had never even heard of BlongoBall and the first set I looked at was inexpensive, got great reviews but fell apart easily. Not anything I want to let my readers know about I thought…then I found this set – yes, it’s more expensive than the others but according to reviews, much more durable. In fact, this game has totally one me over and I’m going to be buying it, along with extra sets of balls
so that we can all play together. If it turns out to be as fun as I imagine, we may have to get some of the indoor balls
too. After we play the game some I’ll do a follow up post to let you know if it is really Gift Detective APPROVED!
Bulls-Eye Washers
This game is similar to horseshoes in that it is a target game, but you are throwing washers instead. Great game that allows everyone to play, even the younger kids, because the washers are lighter and will allow them to learn some hand-eye coordination without having to heave a heavy horseshoe. This game packs up nicely so that you can bring it to the BBQ, park or camping trip and play with your family and friends.
Aerobie Pro Flying Ring
I’ve blogged about this gift before and I’ll probably blog about it again. Such simplicity and such fun!!! This disc FLIES with the lightest of throws and flies well. One thing to bring to the park and everyone can participate and have fun! This gift is a gift that has a ton of value and appeal that you won’t get tired of playing with. This disc gets five stars in all the reviews I’ve ever read about it and there is a reason!

I love the Aerobie Flying Ring
so much that I have to try their boomerang. So, a follow up will be posted to let you know about my experience with it but, honestly, after being so impressed with the disc I have no doubt that the boomerang will be a big hit with us as well.

Remember playing with this as a kid? The set we had when I was young was something I loved to play with. I went from feeling uncoordinated to feeling like I had great hand-eye coordination.
