Giving of yourself isn’t always easy, but it is always rewarding. Case in point – Locks of Love. I haven’t had my hair cut in over a year because I decided that I was going to attempt to grow out my hair long enough so that I could donate it to Locks of Love. Believe me, there have been times that I’ve felt a little bit shaggy while I wait for my hair to grow. There are other times that I worry that I’ll get too attached to my new length and not be able to part with ten inches (that’s a lot!) of hair.

Part of the wonder of gift giving is that you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to be thoughtful. Little things that are meaningful and sweet can have a huge impact.
