Just because I didn’t get an official Sleuthing Sunday request this week, doesn’t mean I wasn’t in sleuthing mode. I generally am. Case in point: I was doing personal stuff and came across this great NPR article on the iPad. If you are considering getting the iPad as a gift (or even for yourself) it has some interesting points in it. One thing in particular I thought was worth noting – the weight of the iPad. 1.5 pounds! This is important to consider for people who might want to use this as a gaming device or as their electronic or even for someone who is elderly and maybe has arthritic hands. It isn’t a lot of weight for a little time but holding this in one hand and typing with the other…my wrists get tired even thinking about it!
