In keeping with the Earth Day theme, I’ve chosen an item I thought would make an nice gift from a company called Greenfeet. Greenfeet is an online retailer that offers natural and earth-friendly products.
They have a nice gift section and I was particularly drawn to these mini honeypot luminaries (different sizes and styles are available). Each luminary is handcrafted from beeswax with real, dried botanicals embedded into the shell and then signed. There are ten different flower and leaf options to choose from so these make a great gift for men or women! They are beautiful even when unlit, but light the tealight candle inside and it is transformed into a softly glowing light. Quite beautiful!

You can add embellishments with magazine pictures, adhesive gems, stickers, construction paper, things you print from your computer, etc. If you add paper embellishments you may need to add a glue stick to your list. You can get these supplies at many retailers (Target, CVS, Walgreens, etc.) but they may be less expensive to purchase at a craft store.

You really have to scan the cards and try to quickly ascertain if there is a “set” on the board or not.
This game got five stars on Amazon and it is no wonder. I was looking for a game that could be as good for two players or a group of people so that we could play it alone or when we had friends over and I did …read more
