The Wii Fit has been around for a while now, so you may be wondering why I’m just writing about it now…well, there are a few good reasons.  1.  It first came out in 2007 when this site was yet to be born.  2.  I don’t advise on what is merely popular, but what makes a good gift.  3.  I hadn’t tried it yet!

These are also great for people who may not have the time or money for a gym membership or space in their home for larger weights. Kid off to college?
