To my faithful readers – many apologies for the lack of posts recently.  It has been a strange intermingling of both personal and technical problems and I’m working really hard on fixing the bugs now that I’ve recovered from a bug.  When I get the problems fixed I will be going back to the schedule of a new post each day.

Although you haven’t seen the recent fruits of my labor,  I have been working hard, my friends, and have some really awesome stuff in store for you…really.  Site design is right on schedule so we are going to be revealing the design soon and there will be a whole host of wonderful features for you that are in the process of being implemented as well.  Thank you in advance for your patience!  It is well worth the wait.

These are the LAST TWO DAYS of the MassArt Spring Sale. I had really wanted to get this blog up sooner but a few obstacles prevented that so run, drive, take the T (green line, Longwood stop) or the #39 bus to 621 Huntington Avenue (the Tower Building) Boston, MA to get your gift on. Don’t be surprised if you want to pick up some things for yourself too – the items are lovely beyond description so I’m just going to post lots of pictures below for you so that you can see for yourself!

Earth Day: Honeypot Luminaries

In keeping with the Earth Day theme, I’ve chosen an item I thought would make an nice gift from a company called Greenfeet.  Greenfeet is an online retailer that offers natural and earth-friendly products.

They have a nice gift section and I was particularly drawn to these mini honeypot luminaries (different sizes and styles are available).  Each luminary is handcrafted from beeswax with real, dried botanicals embedded into the shell and then signed.  There are ten different flower and leaf options to choose from so these make a great gift for men or women!  They are beautiful even when unlit, but light the tealight candle inside and it is transformed into a softly glowing light.  Quite beautiful!
