Seeing as I am The Gift Detective and not The Gift Guru or The Present Police, you may have figured out that I love mysteries. I love mysteries of all sorts – present puzzles, murder mysteries, medical mysteries, et al. I confess though, some of my favorites are mystery novels and television shows. I love them unabashedly! Never fear! I prefer the good ones but my boyfriend will cringe in horror if I excitedly try to get him to watch anything but Sherlock Holmes with me. (Ah, Jeremy Brett is the iconic Sherlock Holmes and how we love to watch him! Alex was actually a fan of Sherlock Holmes even before we met and introduced me to Jeremy Brett in his famous role.)
