…I’m going to be blogging about a great fitness gift!
The Boston Marathon is a big deal here (not surprisingly!) and I thought to honor those men and women who push their bodies to the limits and spend countless hours training for the 26.2 miles that they traverse before they cross that finish line, that I would blog about a fitness gift that, similarly, takes quite a bit of training to see spectacular results…but is probably well worth the struggle.
